ORDER PROCESSING GUIDELINES

Your business is very important to us.
Please follow these easy steps to ensure your order is processed
in the most timely and efficient manner possible.

1. PURCHASE ORDER

When you place your order, please submit a Purchase Order. This is your set of instructions to us, including: Shape, fragrance, quantity, colors, required in hands date, your contact information and shipping instructions.

Once the information is filled out, Fax to 702 440-3072 or e-mail to sales@promoscent.com

2. ARTWORK SUBMISSION

Simply e-mail to artwork@promoscent.com. We are PC based, work in CorelDraw version 10 and require a vector format file such as ai, eps or a vector format saved as or published to a pdf.

3. PROOF / PRODUCTION AUTHORIZATION

Within 24 hours of receiving your artwork and Purchase Order, we will fax or by request, e-mail a Proof / Production Authorization to you. The Proof contains your artwork laid out in the die shape requested and includes our interpretation of your instructions.

NOTE: If you do not receive a proof within 24 hours please contact us via phone - we probably didn’t receive your Purchase order!

You will carefully review the graphics, text, pricing and lead time. If there are changes, we will do them as requested. If approved, PLEASE sign the Proof and fax back to us. Your order will not be manufactured until we receive your permission to do so. Receipt of your signed proof is your authorization for Scent USA to put your order into production and is the point at which the lead time begins. Regular production is 15 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - The Fine Print:
Should errors appear on the proof and you approve the “proof” without indicating corrections, "Scent USA” will not be responsible for any damages resulting therefrom. Signature on the document accepts graphics, pricing, and all other terms mentioned in the document. Cancellations and revisions must be submitted in writing prior to production authorization.
